Welcome to my blog!

I’m so glad you stopped by. I am an HLA-B27 positive millennial who loves blogging. My inflammation manifests in the form of ankylosing spondylitis and uveitis. During my worst uveitis flareup yet, I have decided to start documenting my journey by using an anti-inflammatory eating approach.

My goal is to reduce inflammation in my body, calm my autoimmune response triggering my flareups, improve my overall health, and encourage my gut to heal.

Understanding the link between inflammation, stress, and the gut has lead me on a path to a new and improved way of eating. I’m excited to share my progress, and hope to meet others on the same path!
